Stagnant Angels is set in an alternate, yet similar, timeline of the anime series GANGSTA. It follows the way the GANSTA. world works, and also has some small additions to make things interesting. It is a moderately strict role-playing site, requesting you do 200 words a post minimum, and make your character work to earn your keep. Stagnant Angels includes ranking systems based on power and organization rankings, some custom weapon creation, a stat system, an experience system, and a shopping system along with currency.
