"The Daimyo of Fire has ceased the war between clans in its country. He has arranged for the elite of all the clans to meet up to discuss the biggest peace treaty the world has ever seen. Many ninja clans will be working together for the first time to make what is being dubbed a "Hidden Village". Essentially it is a military village housing ninja of various clans. They will work together and bring in clients, while receiving funding from the Fire Daimyo. It is an extraordinary power play in a bid to reinforce the power of the Fire Daimyo and the Land of Fire itself. Many other nations are still hiring clans on a contractual or one time deal basis. A land forming its own military is unprecedented. Could this lead to a new era of peace?"...A threat!
